二氧化钒粉体的制备及其应用研究

摘要:

二氧化钒(VO2)在相变温度68℃附近具有良好的半导体-金属相变(MIT)特性,在相变的同时光学及电学等性能也随之发生改变。本文简要介绍了VO2光学和电学性能,综述了现阶段VO2粉体的制备方法及其应用的研究进展。

Abstract:

VO2 has a fully reversible semiconductor-metal phase transition(MIT) at 68 ℃. Associated with the phase transition, the optical and electrical properties of VO2 are considerably changed. In this paper, we brief introduce the optical, electrical properties of VO2, and the research progress of preparation and application of VO2 powder are summarized.
