Zn-SrTiO_3粉体的制备及其光催化性能Preparation and Photocatalytic Properties of Zn-SrTiO_3 Powders

摘要(Abstract):
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了锌掺杂钛酸锶粉体(Zn-SrTiO_3),通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫面电子显微镜(SEM)和激光粒度仪对样品进行表征和分析,以亚甲基蓝(MB)作为目标降解物,考察了不同掺杂浓度样品对MB的光催化降解效果。结果表明,钛酸锶经锌掺杂后仍然保持了钙钛矿结构,Zn(2+)进入晶格对Sr(2+)进入晶格对Sr(2+)进行了替位掺杂,晶格常数变小;样品形貌为有序多孔疏松结构,粒度分布均匀,热处理温度升高,样品发生热团聚;锌掺杂明显提高了SrTiO_3粉体的光催化活性,当掺杂量n(Zn)∶n(Ti)=0.015、热处理温度900℃时,Zn-SrTiO_3样品的光催化活性最高,其一级表观速率常数较相同条件下纯SrTiO_3提高了约3.6倍,样品光催化性能稳定。
