V掺杂TiO_2多孔膜层的制备及其光催化性能研究Preparation and Photocatalytic Property of V-Doped TiO_2 Porous Film

摘要(Abstract):
首先采用微弧氧化法制备了多孔的TiO_2膜,然后以NH_4VO_3为反应介质,对其进行水热后处理,制备了V掺杂的TiO_2膜。分别利用环境扫描电镜(ESEM)、EDX能谱、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、紫外-可见分光光度计来分析两种膜层的形貌、元素组成、相组成、光吸收性能;并以亚甲基蓝为模型降解物,分别考察两种膜层在紫外光和可见光照射下的光催化活性。结果表明:两种膜层具有相似的形貌和相同的相组成。但是,与TiO_2膜相比,V掺杂的TiO_2膜的光吸收截止波长产生了明显的红移,带隙能显著减小,光催化活性也得到了有效的改善。
