柱状晶α-sialon陶瓷的研究进展The Development of Elongated α-sialon Ceramic

摘要(Abstract):
sialon陶瓷因其具有优异的高温机械性能而成为最重要的结构陶瓷之一。它主要有两种晶体结构,即α和β结构。β-sialon的强度和断裂韧性较高,而α-sialon具有更高的硬度,但单相的sialon陶瓷早已不能满足高速切削加工工具的要求,近些年来,很多学者展开了(α+β)-sialon复合陶瓷的研究,但这是以牺牲部分α-sialon的硬度作为代价的。因此,不少学者致力于柱状α-sialon的研究并取得了很大的进展。本文主要综述了国内外针对柱状晶α-sialon的研究进展,并对柱状α-sialon的制备方法及其影响因素进行综述。
