柠檬酸络合法制备Ca_3Co_2O_6及其透氧性能研究Preparation and Oxygen Permeation Properties of Ca_3Co_2O_6 via Citrate Complex Method

摘要(Abstract):
Ca_3Co_2O_6是一种常用的热电材料,但是其透氧性能则少有人关注。以Ca(NO_3)_2·4H_2O和Co(NO_3)_2·6H_2O为原料,采用柠檬酸络合法制备了纯相Ca_3Co_2O_6材料,系统分析了煅烧温度和保温时间对合成Ca_3Co_2O_6的影响。样品烧结致密化后,通过四端引线法和气相色谱装置分别考察了它的电导率和透氧率。实验结果表明,热处理温度为900℃,保温2 h可以获得纯相的Ca_3Co_2O_6粉体,粉体的形貌为蠕虫状。提高热处理温度和延长保温时间,样品的结晶度随之提高,晶粒尺寸也随之长大。样品经烧结后获得致密膜片,950℃时电导率可达11.95 S·m(-1)。Ca_3Co_2O_6具有一定氧渗透能力,950℃时透氧率为7.36×10(-1)。Ca_3Co_2O_6具有一定氧渗透能力,950℃时透氧率为7.36×10(-8) mol·cm(-8) mol·cm(-2)·s(-2)·s(-1),有望作为一种新型的混合导体用于纯氧的制备。
