快速淬冷方式对高温合成负膨胀ZrW_2O_8陶瓷材料的影响Effect of Rapid Quenching Process on the Negative-Thermal-Expansion Materials ZrW_2O_8 Prepared by High-Temperature Sintering

摘要(Abstract):
以分析纯氧氯化锆和仲钨酸铵为原料,研究了合成负膨胀ZrW2O8陶瓷材料过程中,不同的热处理时间(18 h)、空气和液氮两种淬冷介质条件下对产品物相成分的影响。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和热机械分析仪(TMA)对样品结构、形貌和热膨胀性能进行表征。研究结果表明在1200℃温度下热处理时间延长到6 h后,并在液氮中淬冷,实验最终产物为单一的立方相的α-ZrW2O8;采用热机械分析仪测得在空气和液氮淬冷介质条件下,258 h)、空气和液氮两种淬冷介质条件下对产品物相成分的影响。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和热机械分析仪(TMA)对样品结构、形貌和热膨胀性能进行表征。研究结果表明在1200℃温度下热处理时间延长到6 h后,并在液氮中淬冷,实验最终产物为单一的立方相的α-ZrW2O8;采用热机械分析仪测得在空气和液氮淬冷介质条件下,25400℃温度范围内样品的平均热膨胀系数分别为-8.02×10-6K-1和-9.58×10-6K-1。
