摘要(Abstract):
本文在较大范围内研究了SrTiO_3-(K_1/2Bi_1/2)TiO_3-Bi_2O_3·3TiO_2系统铁电陶瓷材料的介电性能,并获得介电常数高,介质损耗小,温度特性好的陶瓷介电材料.X射线衍射,扫描电镜,透射电镜以及能量色射x射线谱仪微观结构与成份分析表明:Sr-Bi-K-Ti等材料是由钙钛矿型SrTiO_3基固溶体为光晶相与含铋层状结构锶铋钛化合物为次晶相组成.
