超顺磁性氧化铁纳米晶的制备及性能研究Preparation of Super Para-magnetic Fe2O3 Nanocrystals and Their Properties

摘要(Abstract):
以Fe(NO3)3·9H2O为铁源,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为表面活性剂,采用溶剂热法制备了α-Fe2O3纳米晶。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和透射电镜对所得产物进行了表征分析,并在室温下测量了其磁学性能。结果表明,所制备的α-Fe2O3纳米晶为斜方六面体结构,其平均尺寸为30~50 nm。在室温下测试了纳米晶的磁学性能,其饱和磁化强度、剩余磁化强度和矫顽力分别为0.37 emu/g、0.017 emu/g和104.4 Oe,都比较小,表现出一定的超顺磁性。这种Fe2O3超顺磁纳米晶可望被较好地应用于细胞或酶的固定化等生物和医药领域。
