熔融法制备煤粉炉渣微晶玻璃的研究RESEARCH ON CINDER GLASS-CERAMICS BY THE MELTING METHOD

摘要(Abstract):
以固体废弃物煤粉炉渣为主要原料,增加了砂岩、滑石等添加剂,采用熔融法制备了装饰材料用微晶玻璃。测试了样品的密度、显微强度、弯曲强度及耐酸耐碱性。采用DTA、XRD、SEM等测试技术测试了样品的微观结构。结果表明利用熔融法制备煤粉炉渣微晶玻璃,可以显著提高煤粉炉渣的利用率,密度达2.75g/cm3、显微硬度达589.56Hv、弯曲强度达92.25MPa、耐碱性为0.10%、耐酸性为0.15%。
